- Minimum spends may vary due to peak periods.

- A $500.00 deposit is required to secure a booking, this deposit is non-refundable if your booking is cancelled or postponed within 45 days of your event date.

- All cancellations must be provided in writing via email bookings@caroclub.com.au.

- Price Includes food, preparation and service only. Additional charges may apply e.g. travel fees, wait staff, cutlery and crockery hire costs.

- CARŌclub cannot guarantee complete allergy free meals due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment and supplied ingredients.

- All food orders and dietary requirements must be finalised 10 days prior to your booking.
